Imagine for a moment if I could go back in time to just 6 months ago and give myself the pep talk of a lifetime. Not just about LIFE but about cleaning too.
Well… I don’t have a time machine, so I can’t.
But the best thing that I CAN do for myself is to find a lost cleaning video where I was doing my best to PUSH myself to tidy up my bedroom – in a time when I felt LOST and in the dark, I was showing signs up depression and anxiety with how I was treating myself.
And just like I say in this video, I get to LOVE MYSELF with a clean home, with a clean bedroom and it all starts with giving myself the gift of self-love and a peaceful mind.
